Andy has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. In that time, he has been affiliated with leading banks, brokerages and financial advisory firms across the United Sates. He founded AK Advisory Partners to help clients navigate today’s challenging market landscape and regulatory environment by bringing efficiency and innovation to their business structures, offerings and practices.

Andy started his career at Townsend-Greenspan Inc., the firm founded by noted economist Alan Greenspan. There, and in subsequent early employment at Lehman Brothers, Andy honed his analytical skills on the research side of the business. As he evolved professionally, his focus changed to investment management consulting, where he concentrated in the areas of marketing, sales and client service at firms such as UBS and Salomon Smith Barney. Having forged a strong foundation of business experience and skills, Andy next took on more expansive roles including product development and management, department building and change management in a variety of industry settings, including Morgan Keegan and Janney Montgomery Scott on the brokerage side and CCO Investments on the banking side.

Andy holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from New York University. He speaks frequently at industry conferences, including the Investment Management Institute. He is a former member of IMCA’s Advisory Council and he has held the Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.

His son Zachary is a senior in high school headed to college in the fall.

Angela Nielsen brings to the Zenith Group a decade of award-winning web design experience that has helped over 200 clients establish their successful web presence.

Angela began her career in web design in the year 2000. Employed by one of the nation’s largest real estate firms at the time, she couldn’t resist the entrepreneurial calling and decided to start her own company, creating the firm now known as One Lily.

Starting her own company was a bigger task than initially expected, but Angela loves a good challenge and spent the next several years building her own brand and honing her design skills.

By 2005 strong referrals had increased demand and she was ready to begin adding staff to continue growing the company. Angela began to invest her time in building client relationships, networking and continuing to evaluate and add additional services to benefit her clients.

In the decade since she first opened her doors, Angela has won over 30 design awards for her work, including Webmaster of the Year in 2004, a Silver Davey Award in 2009, and VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women for 2009-10.

Angela employs a full time staff of five, and coordinates the work of numerous independent contractors around the country. Her company now has over 200 clients ranging from financial advisors, life and business coaches, and attorneys, to authors and speakers, beauty salons and retail outlets across the U.S. and overseas.

Angela continues to expand the professional horizons for her clients and herself, and is currently working on her Master Certificate in Internet Marketing along with an Advanced Certificate in Social Media from the University of San Francisco.

When she’s not helping clients succeed, you’ll find Angela enjoying time with her husband (a US Marine) and her four beautiful children. She resides in California.
