What differentiates you from other companies offering similar services?
Besides our scintillating personalities, the answer is that we offer products and services that are proven to help clients successfully grow their businesses. We offer customization and most importantly value. Rather than focusing on what our services cost versus someone else, we prefer to focus on the long-term value that we help clients create. We may not be the low-cost provider – although our rates our competitive – but we deliver the value that you need.
What makes you special?
Our passion for what we do and our focus on client satisfaction differentiates us from the pack. Sure, if might not hurt that we are perfectionists, but we have structured ZCG in a way that we can give each client the individualized attention that builds relationships. Need we mention the more than 30 design awards that Angela has won?
Do you use templates for your work or is everything custom?
All of the work of ZCG is custom – we do not utilize templates. No ifs, ands or buts!
Who writes the content for the marketing pieces and websites?
Either you can provide your own content, or we offer both editing of existing text and creation of new text. Andy has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and has written tons of marketing pieces and websites.
Can you help me with referrals and information in other areas?

What type of payment options and terms do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and credit cards. We offer two payment options:
- 1/3s – 1/3 up front, 1/3 at an agreed upon point in the project and the final 1/3 upon completion.
- Upfront payment – do this and get a 5% discount.
- Payment plans available on projects over $5,000
Do you require a contract?
Yes – we require a signed contract for the protection of all parties. We have happy clients because we set expectations up-front and don’t surprise (at least on the downside).
Are there any hidden costs?
NO!!!!! Your contract will disclose all costs and any changes to the contract terms must be agreed upon by both parties in advance.
Do you do all of the work yourselves or do you outsource?
The majority of the work is done by the people at our two companies. Occasionally we might outsource some aspects of a project to a contractor, but be assured that all work is reviewed by us prior to being shown to you. And we do have critical eyes!
Where are you located?
We have offices in Carlsbad, CA and Boston, MA. Yes, we have both coasts covered and healthy debate about which coast is best!
